London

Sketches from the big city
There is a great variety and compactness to central London that draws many artists to record it's unique character. It seems around every corner you can find a mixture of old and new. Imposing Victorian white giants peer into Edwardian alleyways as glass towers burn in the sun creating a seemingly endless range of compositions. As long as you can put up with the odd bit of rain or snow you'll never run out of inspiration. Although sketching while holding an umbrella is a skill I have yet to master!
